HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Aleula Luxury Homespa, an extraordinary retreat. We extend to our guests the exceptional privilege of daily access to exclusive amenities including saunas, pools, fireplaces, and hot tubs. To uphold a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere for all, we kindly request our guests to attentively adhere to the rules and guidelines provided. Your cooperation is paramount in preventing any disruptions and preserving the distinguished standard of excellence that distinguishes us. By reserving a stay at Aleula Luxury Homespa, guests explicitly agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, please promptly notify us via email at info@alelula.com. You are entitled to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival date. Should you cancel your reservation less than 20 days before arrival, you will be entitled to a compensation of 60% of the apartment cost and 100% of the price for any additional extras (e.g., a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival). This policy is applicable only to reservations made directly through our website, alelula.com, or other direct communication channels. For reservations made through booking.com or Airbnb, please refer to their respective cancellation policies available on their websites.

2. Payment

For bookings made via our website or other direct communication methods, we require full payment in advance if the booking is made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date. Failure to complete payment or confirm payment within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of your reservation. In the case of reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, payment must be made no later than the time of check-in.

3. Check-in and Check-out Times

Il check-in è da effettuarsi a partire dalle 14:00, in un orario concordato con gli host. Il check-out è da effettuarsi entro le 10:00. Gli orari saranno flessibili previo accordo con gli host.

4. Guests Registration

Guests must provide a digital copy of all guests' IDs within 12 hours of check-in.

5. Parking

You'll find a designated parking space within the property's car park. To ensure smooth access, please park your vehicle near the yellow circle on the wall. Position your vehicle as close to the wall as possible, allowing unobstructed passage for everyone.

6. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

7. Recycling

Waste must be separated into the following categories: a. Food Waste: The brown bin is located under the kitchen sink. b. Glass, Plastic and Aluminum: The blue plastic bin is located in the white cupboard near the kitchen. c. Paper, Cardboard: The steel bin is located in the white cupboard near the kitchen. d. General Waste: The blue bin is located under the kitchen sink. If the bins provided are not sufficient, please contact the hosts who will dispose of the waste. It is strictly forbidden to deposit waste on the street.

8. Finnish Sauna

The Finnish Sauna (dry sauna) is available for a total of 2 hours per day. The time is at the discretion of the guests. It is strictly prohibited to pour water or any other liquids onto the sauna coals.

9. Turkish Bath

The Turkish bath (Calidarium) is available on request and can be in operation for a total of 45 minutes per day. The time will be agreed with the hosts.

10. Children

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

11. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

12. Unregistered guests

Unregistered guests will be welcome inside the structure only if in direct agreement with the host. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

13. Air Conditioning

In order to avoid energy waste, please limit the use of the air conditioner, especially when it is not present in the house and during the night.

14. Fireplace

The use of the fireplace is prohibited unless in direct agreement with the hosts.

15. Keys

A penalty of €300 will be applied in the event of lost house keys.

16. Damages

We do not require a security deposit and we are confident that you will treat our flat and its facilities with care. If there is any damage, we ask you to report it to us immediately so that we can repair it promptly. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for damage caused by you. Almost all items in Alelula Luxury Homespa are for sale and we will be happy to provide you with our supply sources.
